OfferReady Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing OfferReady, purchasing access, or using any course, code runner, lab, practice tool, cheatsheet, diagram, or related service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use OfferReady.

If you use OfferReady for a company, school, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly at support@offerready.com if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

OfferReady is intended for users who can form a binding contract. If you are using the service from a place where local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must have that consent.

3. Course Access, Payments, and Refunds

OfferReady is sold as a one-time purchase for a fixed access term shown at checkout. The current default offer is one payment for one year of access. OfferReady does not create a recurring subscription unless a future checkout page clearly states otherwise before payment.

Prices, taxes, discounts, access duration, and any refund terms must be displayed at checkout. Unless a refund right is required by law or expressly shown at checkout, payments are generally final once course access is delivered. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider, and OfferReady does not store raw payment card numbers.

4. Personal License to Use OfferReady

Subject to these Terms, OfferReady grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased course content and use the learning tools during your active access term.

Your account is for your own interview preparation. You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or otherwise provide your account or paid content to another person.

5. OfferReady Content and Intellectual Property

OfferReady and its lessons, explanations, diagrams, practice questions, tests, code templates, labs, cheatsheets, site design, and software are owned by OfferReady or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the content for personal learning and interview preparation. You may not copy, scrape, bulk download, publish, resell, train a competing product on, redistribute, or create a substantially similar commercial service from OfferReady content without written permission.

6. Your Content and Practice Submissions

You may submit code, notes, profile details, answers, lab work, and other content while using OfferReady. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant OfferReady a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, reproduce, modify, and use it as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use, content that violates law, or confidential employer, school, or third-party information unless you have permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse OfferReady. Prohibited activity includes:

• sharing logins, bypassing access controls, or attempting to unlock paid content without payment;
• scraping, crawling, automated harvesting, bulk downloading, or copying course materials at scale;
• attacking, probing, reverse engineering, or disrupting the service or its infrastructure;
• submitting malware, abusive code, spam, harmful traffic, or attempts to escape code-runner limits;
• using OfferReady to violate law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or misrepresent yourself;
• reselling access, redistributing paid materials, or using content to build a competing product.

8. Learning Outcomes and AI Features

OfferReady provides educational content, practice workflows, and interview preparation tools. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary outcomes, employer decisions, exam results, or admissions outcomes.

Some features may use automation, code execution, generated examples, or AI-assisted explanations. These outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any answer, code, design, or explanation before relying on it.

9. Privacy and Security

We use account, profile, billing metadata, progress, submissions, and support information to provide and improve OfferReady. Payment card details should be entered only through the hosted payment provider.

No online service is perfectly secure. You agree to use reasonable account security practices and to notify us at support@offerready.com about suspected unauthorized access.

10. Service Changes and Availability

We may improve, update, replace, remove, or limit features, lessons, labs, diagrams, tests, or other content over time. We may also suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

If you have an active paid term, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep substantially similar learning access available during that term, subject to outages, third-party issues, security incidents, and events outside our reasonable control.

11. Termination

You may stop using OfferReady at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, infringed rights, failed to pay, or used the service unlawfully.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

12. Third-Party Services

OfferReady may depend on third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, code execution, or AI functionality. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices, and OfferReady is not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.

13. Disclaimers

OfferReady is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OfferReady will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, or employment outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OfferReady's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid OfferReady for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OfferReady from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support@offerready.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

Unless a different rule is required by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and OfferReady consent to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Delaware for disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
